I, Isaac Buskirk, of lawful age and sound mind do make this my last will and testament. I will and bequeath to my wife, Elizabeth Buskirk, all my property both real and personal after the payment of my just debts, except as herein described. To my son, Michael H. Buskirk, I leave one milk cow, one bed and bedding, one cooking stove and such other outfit for housekeeping as will make him equal to what my daughter, Mary A. (difficult to read) Myers, has already received. To my daughter, Catherine A. Buskirk, I leave one horse, saddle, and bridle, one cow, one bed and bedding, one cooking stove and such other outfit as to make her equal to the other two. To my son, Winfield (difficult to read) S. Buskirk, and to my daughter, Elizabeth J. Buskirk, each the same amount that is named for Catherine A. Buskirk so as to make the whole five equal or as nearly so as possible.

I wish my wife, Elizabeth, to have and to hold all my property until my youngest child, to wit Elizabeth J. Buskirk, becomes of age at which time, if my wife Elizabeth is still living, I wish to be divided as the law now directs, to wit: one-third to the widow and two-thirds equally amongst the five heirs. This will to take effect and be in force in case of my death, otherwise to be null and void. Signed, sealed and delivered in presence of Joseph D. Ealy, Isaac S. Buskirk, and George Skirvin.

[Will was proved on June 17, 1865, with George Skirvin swearing the information that Isaac had died.
