LIFE RESIDENT OF COUNTY 77 YEARS DIES
Funeral Services For Mrs. Cathrine [sic] Yoder Saturday. Mrs. Catherine Addie Yoder, 77 years of age, who spent her entire life in Monroe county, died at 6:15 o'clock this morning after an illness since last October. The death, which was due to a complication of diseases, came at the home of the deceased at 621 north Indiana avenue.
Mrs. Yoder was a member of the Mt. Gilead church and throughout her life had worked in church circles. She was one of Monroe county's most respected women. Her husband died two years ago.
A sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Myers, survives, in addition to two sons, Professor A. H. Yoder of the state university of North Dakota, located at Grand Falls, and W. A. Yoder, of Minneapolis, Minn. Her sons were present at the death.
The funeral services will be held at the Mt. Gilead church at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon. Rev. George Rader, pastor of the Church of Christ of Columbus, Ind., and also pastor of the Mt. Gilead church, will officiate at the services. The burial will take place in the Mt. Gilead cemetery.
The pall-bearers will be: Samuel Buskirk, Elmer Buskirk, Homer Thompson, Harry Alexander, Harry Stevens, and Otto Stevens.
