Oldest lady in Carroll County died at her daughter's home (Elizabeth Campbell of Camden) at 6 A M . Death was due to a paralytic stroke suffered two weeks earlier. She was born in Kentucky and came to Monroe County Indiana in 1812. In 1835 she moved to Rock Creek Township Carroll County and lived in that Township until the last two years of her life when she lived in Camden. Her health was good until the last two weeks of her life. SHE WAS PROUD TO BE THE OLDEST WOMAN IN CARROLL COUNTY. She was the mother of thirteen children. at the time of Lucinda's death she was survived by sons Thomas Kendall of Logansport and William Kendall of Burrows and daughters Mrs Charles Robison and Mrs Elizabeth Campbell of Camden.
