George Washington Russell Keck b. 29 Dec 1869 Pettigrew, Madison, Arkansas, died 9 Oct 1943 Pettigrew, Madison, Arkansas, death cert#682.
Obituary from The Madison County Record Huntsville, AR 14 Oct 1943 George Washington Russell Keck, age 73 years, former native citizen of Madison county and also a former official of same, died suddenly Saturday afternoon while walking around over the old Keck homestead, on War Eagle above Witter, on which farm he was born and reared. An ambulance was called from his home at Rogers, where he and his family have resided for about 15 years, and the funeral has been postponed till this Friday, 2:30 p.m., awaiting the arrival of a son from California.
Burial will be in the Oakley Chapel cemetery.
