JEFFERSON - Services for Geraldine Marie "Jerry" Foust Thomas, 79, of Lake O' the Pines, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 21, 2007, at Lake O' the Pines Baptist Church at 9046 FM 729 in Avinger., with the Rev. Craig Evers officiating. Interment will be in Oakwood Memorial Park of Jefferson. Arrangements are by Haggard-Heaster Funeral Home. Mrs. Thomas died July 19, 2007, in Longview.
Born February 13, 1928, in Sweetwater, she was a homemaker, longtime hairstylist and enjoyed country music. Survivors include her husband, Leslie H. Thomas; daughters, Janie McLaughlin, Sharon Curtis, Shelly Uggen, Sandra Brown and Sherri Lauritsen; son, Freddie Michael Lynch; sisters, Louise Rawlins, Betty Rawlins, Ruby LaVelle Fitzgerald and Carol Ann Brewer; and brother, Ernest Foust.
