Helen Ramsey was the daughter of William and Luella Penney Stone, the wife of Ralph H. Ramsey and the mother of William Ramsey, Jean Shiner and Ruth Reed. Helen was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, the Wimodausis, the Eastern Star Chapter 333, and the Woman's Club.
