Services for William E. Billups, 76, of Magnolia, who died Monday in Mercy Hospital, Urbana, will be at 2 p.m. tomorrow in Ries Mortuary, Henry, Rev. Howard Brummitt Officiating. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery. Visitation will be 5 to 9 p.m. today.

He was born Oct. 19, 1893, in Missouri, son of Thomas and Susannah Upp Billups, and was married Dec. 9, 1914, to Della Ziegler. She survives, along with three sons, Willis of Detroit, Mich., Elmer of Royal Oak, Mich., and Walter of Magnolia; two daughters, Mrs. Keith Drager of Des Plaines, and Mrs. Russell Kerns of Streator; 11 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Maggie McKane of Missouri, and one brother, George Roy Billups of California. One son and several brothers and sisters died earlier. Mr. Billups was a retired farmer.
