Abram M. Hall, 67, life resident of Scott County, died at his home on Thursday, November 28, 1935, following a lingering illness. Since 1915, he was a piano tuner and salesman, and prior to coming here he operated a general store at Wheatland for many years.

Mr. Hall was born in Wheatland, April 18, 1868, to Abram and Susan (Bender) Hall. He received his education there and was married to Clare Elizabeth Smith in 1892.

He is survived by his wife, two sons - Purley and Audrey Hall, all of Davenport; six daughters - Mrs. Herbert Schneider, Mrs. Leone Reed, and Miss Fern Hall, all of Davenport, Mrs. Mary Gilbert, South Bend, Ind., Mrs. Paul Eaton, Belot, Wis., and Mrs. Millard Gregg, Canton, Ill.; four sisters - Mrs. Frank Grouell, Davenport, Miss Maude Hall, Pennsylvania, Mrs. James Spence, Clinton, and Mrs. John Hollister, Seattle, Wash.; two brothers - Nelson and Lorado Hall, Davenport, and four grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at the Hill & Fredericks mortuary chapel with burial in Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery.
