A former resident of North East, Pa., he was a member of the Erie Lodge of Moose.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Jessie McDowell Hartley; two sons, Ray and Lorne Hartley, all of Erie; a brother, Charles Hartley, of North East, and eight grandchildren.
Friends may call at the Wilson Kelly funeral home, Lake and Clay sts., North East. Private services will be held there at 2 p.m. Saturday. Burial will be in the Grahamville cemetery, near North East.
