Funeral Services will be at 11:30 AM Saturday, May 4, at the James O'Donnell Funeral Home in Hannibal. Rev. Bruce Bouman will officiate. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery in Frankford.
Visitation will be from 10:00 to 11:00 AM, Saturday at the James O'Donnell Funeral Home.
Margaret was born May 6, 1929, in Hannibal to Hurley Roy and Sylvia Deverges Brown.
Margaret was married to George E. Spegal on February 14, 1954, Pittsfield, Illinois . He preceded her in death April 18, 2013.
Survivors include one son, Charles D. Spegal (Patricia) of Hannibal and one step son, Charles E. Spegal (Gaye) of Phoenix, Arizona, one sister, Mary Poling of Quincy, Illinois, 4 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren.
Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, 3 brothers and 2 sisters.
Professionally, Margaret worked at Motorola,the shoe factory in Hannibal and on their family farm. Margaret loved to do puzzles and read Harlequin romance books. She and her husband loved to travel.
