Mr. Charles Aldridge, 87 went to his heavenly home Friday, March 29, 2019 while in Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland. Visitation will be 4:30pm -7:00pm Monday, April 1, 2019 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram with a graveside service 2:00pm Tuesday, April 2, 2019 in Greenlawn Memorial Park in Natchez, MS.

Charles was raised in Louisiana, lived in Natchez and then moved to Jackson with his family. After his first wife Gladys passed away, he married his second wife, Pauline. They moved to Jackson, LA where they lived until February 2018 when they both became ill. Pauline was placed in a nursing home in LA and Charles came back to Jackson, MS to live with his daughter Dianne until he was moved to Hospice Ministries in March of 2019.

Charles served his country in the United States Air Force as a Radio Operator during the Korean War. He loved the Lord and was a longtime member of Siwell Road Church of Christ in Byram when living in Jackson.

Charles was preceded in death by his first wife Gladys Aldridge and his son Michael Aldridge. He leaves behind his wife Pauline Aldridge of Jackson, LA, daughters; Dianne Bullock (Steve Collins) of Jackson and Kathi Ingram of Magnolia, 3 grandchildren; Robert Charles Aldridge, Andrew Michael Taylor and Jennifer Bonnette, 2 great grandchildren; BrieAnne Ruby Bonnette and Evyn Landry Bonnette.
