Veryl was the daughter of Leslie Keel and Mabel M. Campbell Ogburn. Veryl was previously married to Russell A. Wolland and Lloyd Argyle Sloan.
Surviving are her four children, James (Charlotte) Wolland, Jerry (Roxy) Wolland, Diane (Dennis) Vohland and Deborah Wolland; 12 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and one sister, Phyllis Elliot.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Lloyd Ogburn; her half sister, Audrey Moore; and one great-grandchild.
During World War II, Veryl worked at Caterpillar Tractor Company, then Murphy's Restaurant, Vonachen's Junction and Maple Shade Restaurant.
