Agnes Williams Davis, 93, of Moultrie, passed away on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at Pruitt Health Magnolia Manor.


Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2019 at 11am at Heritage Church. Interment will be held at Crown Hill Cemetery, 1907 Dawson Rd. Albany, Georgia on Monday, March 4, 2019 at 11am.


Born on January 5, 1926, in Colquitt Co., Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Shackleford McLette "Bud" Williams and Willie Belle Brown Williams.


She and her husband owned Davis Radio and Television of Albany. She later went back to college at the age of 50 and received her RN degree. She worked for 15 years at Phoebe Hospital. She was the owner of Skywater Personal Care Home. She was a member of Avalon Methodist Church for 60 years and then later became a member of Heritage Church.


In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Mose Davis; brothers, Herbert M. Williams, J. Horace Williams, Martin Williams, Sherman P. Williams, and Ray Gene Williams, Sr.; and sister, Myrtice J. Norman.


She is survived by her brothers, Sidney M. Williams and wife Sandra of Thomaston, and Alvin W. Williams and wife Dinky of Moultrie; sisters, Bernice Williams Hiers and husband Gene, and June Williams Holcomb and husband Franklin of McDonough; and sister in law, Jeanette Williams of Moultrie; 28 Nieces and nephews; and many great nieces and nephews.
