This is the oldest son of Ebenezer (64528676) and Ester (70586777) Grubb of Loudoun County, VA, where Jacob was born around 1782. Here is what I have about him:
Jacob was a mason in Providence Township, Bedford County, Pennsylvania. The son of Ester by a previous relationship, he adopted the name Grubb after her marriage to Ebenezer. In his will, Ebenezer listed Jacob as a stepson and bequeathed him $200. About 1804, Jacob married Jane Barton and they had ten children. Jacob died before 1850, when Jane was a widow living with her son, Phillip.

managers note: Mother is not linked as she is burial unknown. "Father " is not linked as he is the adopted stepfather not the biological father.
