BILLINGS - D. E. McGoveran, 57, Route 1, Billings, died at 7:05 p.m. Monday in Park Central Hospital, Springfield, apparently following a stroke suffered at his home. Survivors include his wife, Marie; a son, Michael of Route 1, Billings; four daughters, Valerie, of the home. Mrs. Dana Engel, Clever, Mrs. Charles Kemp, Denver, Colo., and Mrs. Charles Wright, Kansas City; four brothers, Jack of Chicago, Ill., Royce of Witts Springs, Ark., Samuel of Herman, Neb. and Carroll of Denver, Colo.; four sisters. Mrs. Deborah Nations, Orlando, Fla., Mrs. Inez Milan, Witt Springs, Ark., Mrs. Florence Drewry and Mrs. Allene Woodson, both of St. Louis and five grandchildren. Services was at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Hurley Church of God with the Rev. L. F. Cooper officiating. Burial will be in Wright Cemetery south of Clever.
