Doris Jean (Webb) Drury, 89, wife of the late R.C. Drury, passed away Friday, October 5, 2018 at the Frankfort Regional Medical Center-E.R. Born March 4, 1929 in Anderson County, KY, Jean was the daughter of the late Bertie R. and Blanche Hawkins Webb.
Along with her husband and parents, Jean was preceded in death by her two daughters, Diana Faye Drury Dean and Mary Jo “Jodie” Drury, and two sisters, Maxine Nethery and Margaret Nation.
A homemaker, Jean was also a member of the Fox Creek Christian Church.
She is survived by two grandchildren, James (Clellie) Lewis of Lawrenceburg and Andrea (Justin) McDiarmid of Independence, KS; four great grandchildren, Mark Freeman, Javan Freeman, Dylan McDiarmid, and Catelyn Lewis; and a sister, Phyllis Cornish of Lawrenceburg.
Services will be held on Thursday, Oct. 11th beginning at 1:00 PM at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home. Bro. Don Wells will officiate the service. Burial will follow in the Lawrenceburg Cemetery
