Mrs. Ussery, a resident of Shreveport since 1936, died Monday November 9, 1987, at Highland Hospital after a short illness. She was born in Dodson, La. Mrs. Ussery was retired from the Loan Department of the Firt National Bank of Shreveport. She was a member of the Broadmoor United Methodist Church and the Missionary Society of the church.
She is survived by two sisters, Miss Anna Lee Anders of Shreveport and Mrs. Grace A. Taylor of Winnfield, La.; a brother, Herman Anders of Shreveport; and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Paul Miller, Matthew McDearmont, Jesse Bridges, Dr. Mark Blackwelder, Robert Gordon, James Goins, Kirt Schmidt and C. M. McLean III.
Family suggests memorials may be made to Broadmoor United Methodist Church.
