Elmer Curless, 63, 770 East F, died Friday at Hutchinson Hospital. Born June 20, 1913 at Burrton, he married Fannie Hale April 22, 1937 at Hutchinson. He was a retired employee of Morton Salt Co. and lived here most of his life.
He was a member of Peniel Church of the Nazarene, Hutchinson.
Survivors include widow; sons: Marvin, of the home; Fred, Huntington Beach, Calif.; daughter: Mrs. Pat Mann, Texas; brothers: Rev. Vernon, Madill, Okla.; Alvin, Girard; sisters: Mrs. Fern Ellington, 614 North Grandview; Mrs. Viola Walker, Maize: Mrs. Louis Shipley, Port Angelos, Wash.; Mrs. Thelma Vigneault, 1000 East 4th; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
Funeral will be 10 a.m. Monday at the church; Rev. Frank Miller. Burial will be in Burrton Cemetery. Friends may call at Gustafson-Volkland Funeral Home, Hutchinson.
