Vilda Mary Adams-Crain passed away Sunday, March 29, 2015 at 12:15 just shy of her 100th birthday. She has gone home to be with her two late husbands, Wallace G. Adams and Floyd Edward Crain, one son, one daughter and three grandchildren that have been holding a place at the Lord’s table for her. She leaves behind two sons, Alan and his wife Kathie, of Phoenix, Arizona and Thomas and his wife Kristine, of Tell City, Indiana and many more beloved grandchildren. She was matriarch of four children, thirteen grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and ten great-great-grandchildren, three step-daughters, their seven children and their six grandchildren. A funeral will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at Hansen Chapel, 8314 N. 7th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85020, with burial to follow at Resthaven Park Cemetery, 6290 W. Northern, Glendale.
Graduated from Shipley Comm. Schools, Nevada, Iowa in 1935.
