Mrs. Alice Laraine Eddy Foss, age 70 of Winfield, formerly of Wisconsin, passed away on Tuesday, May 3, 2018 at her residence. Mrs. Foss and her husband Arlen were self employed dairy farmers in Wisconsin before their retirement in Winfield.
Mrs. Foss was preceded in death by her parents, Dowell Eddy and Donnie Hudson Eddy, a sister, Janice Eddy, brothers, Berlin, Erskine, Dale, Ellie Hugh, Eugene, Junior, and Carl Raymond Eddy, and a grandson Travis Gudgeon.
Mrs. Foss is survived by her husband, Arlen Foss Sr., a daughter, Sherry (Carl) Gudgeon of Viroqua, WS, two sons, Arlen Foss Jr. of Rockford, IL, and Arvin (Jodi) Foss of Winfield, her grandchildren, Brandon Gudgeon, Jenna Gudgeon, Tasha Foss, Kara Foss, Zachary Foss, Isaac Foss, Alyssa Foss, Kaylee Foss, and Noah Foss, 7 great grandchildren and another on the way, a sister, Irene Dees (Donnie Wright) of Rockford, IL, and a brother, Gerald Ray (Patsy) Eddy of Rockford, IL and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 8th from the Brilliant Church of Christ with burial to follow in the Goldmine Cemetery. Greg Lowery will officiate. A visitation will be held on Tuesday from 12:00 noon until 2:00 p.m. service time at the church.
