Mrs. Frankey Suffal, daughter of Martin and Susan Croush, was born in North Carolina, July 22, 1823. Departed this life in Casey, Ill., May 12th, 1917, aged 93 years, 9 mo. and 20 days.

She was first married to Mark Reynolds, to them were born eight children, two still living, Joseph R. Reynolds, of Riley, Ind., and Adam Reynolds, of Neoga, Ill. On Janu. 25th, 1859, she was united in marriage with Jacob Suffal. To this union were born three children, two still living, Elizabeth Stevens, of Bowling Green, Ind., and Francis Staley, of Casey, Ill., there are also four stepchildren living.

The deceased leaves four children, ten grandchildren and twenty-three great-grandchildren to mourn her death.

Sixty years or more ago, the deceased united with the Christian Church. Through all these years she lived a faithful, conscientious, Christian life. She was a woman with strong points of character, vigorous of body and mind, positive as to what she believed to be right, true to her friends, faithful to her family and an excellent citizen and neighbor.

Thus ends an unusually long and useful life. At the end of this long journey, she rests from her labor, but her life and works live on in her children.
