Zula B. (Eaton) Lay Woodall

"Mrs. Zula B. Woodall, 59, Shelbyville, Ind., died Monday at Major Hospital in Shelbyville after an illness of one year.

She was born August 21, 1913, the daughter of William P. and Laura Estep Eaton, both deceased.

She married the late Walter Lay in October, 1926. After the death of her first husband, she married James Woodall in 1947 and he survives.

Other survivors include five daughters, Mrs. James Loveless, Mrs. Harold Hall, Mrs. Henry West, Mrs. Delbert Bradley, and Mrs. Wayne Girdler, all of Shelbyville; five sons, Carl Woodall, Clarence and Henry Lay, all of Shelbyville, William Lay of Waldron, Ind., and Edward Lay of Somerset; three brothers, Henry, Killis, and Lee Eaton, all of Somerset; five sisters, Mrs. Claude Ping, Mrs. Zora Prather and Mrs. Leonard Burton, all of Shelbyville, Mrs. Aubrey Clark of Daytona, Fla., and Mrs. Arch Weddle of Somerset; 21 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

She was a member of the Church of God.

Graveside services were held Thursday morning at the Tanner Cemetery with Rev. Dan Barraco officiating.

Somerset Undertaking Company was in charge of arrangements."
