Cynthia Houston Wilkes, Daughter of James Houston and Granddaughter of Capt. Christopher Houston. She was born in Carolina but migrated later to Kentucky, then to Tennessee, on to Missouri, (the Western Country, as it was called) and last to California. She died in Stockton, California in 1888.
