Miley Eugene married Mabel Pearl Dutcher Sept 30, 1920 in Nebraska and to this union was born Richard Kirkland and Norma Rae. Miley worked for the Chicago, Burlington, Quincy Rail Road with his brother Ernest. Son of Cyrus "Henry" and Margaret Ellen (Elnora) (Niceschwander) Strayer, grandson of Miley & Elmira Strayer and great grandson Martin & Rachel (Ralya)Strayer.
