Milledgeville - Mrs. Annie Brown Simmerson, 94, died Saturday in a local hospital after a long illness. Services will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday in the Black Springs Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Simmerson, a native of Hancock County, had lived most of her life in Milledgeville was a member of the Black Springs Baptist Church.
Survivors include three nieces, Mrs. R. C. Robinson and Mrs. Russell Perry, both of Milledgeville, and Mrs. Lee Perry of Rome; and a nephew, Reese Hodges of Milledgeville.
Moore's Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
