She was born October 3, 1926, in Mt. Erie, the daughter of C. J. and Blanche Parson Taylor. She married Warren Wheat Sept. 24, 1945 in Cisne.
Survivors include her husband; three daughters, Diana Robbins, Valery Beckman, and Shelly Wheat; three granddaughters; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Joyce Holman; and two brothers, Glen and Frank Owen "Jack" Taylor.
Funeral services were held at Hosselton Funeral Home in Cisne with burial in Scott Cemetery at Mt. Erie.
