Biographical Information: Lula attended Lafayette Jeff High School in Lafayette, Indiana. She had worked as a waitress for several years. Lula was a member of the Monticello United Methodist Church and the Order of Eastern Star Crystal Chapter #165 both of Monticello, Indiana. She loved and enjoyed boating and was an avid Purdue University Sports Fan, holding season tickets for all the football and basketball games.

Marriage Information: On August 21, 1959 in Chalmers, Indiana, she married William Morgan "Bill" Stine, Jr.; he survives.
