Mrs Anna Mae Turberville age 93 of Uriah, AL died Saturday July 22, 2017 at her residence. Mrs Turberville was a native of Monroe County, AL and a member of the Mineola Baptist Church. She retired from Vanity Fair Mills was an avid Alabama Crimson Tide fan and loved visiting the Smokey Mountains.

Mrs Turberville was preceded in death by her parents Lonnie and Nancy Nellie Baggett; her husband Floyd Ben Turberville; one daughter Eloise Turberville; three sons Floyd Turberville, Carl Ray Turberville and Michael Turberville; two grandsons Ed Taylor and Randall Lane Phillips; one granddaughter Martha Harris; six brothers Lindsey, Cunningham, Leroy, O'Neil, Jessie, and Archie Baggett; two sisters Willie Stacey and Edna Owens.

She is survived by her three daughters Frances Phillips, Ernestine Browning and JoAnn (Rod) Taylor all of Uriah, AL;
three sons Elbert (Dot) Turberville of Excel, AL, Wesley and Arnold Turberville both of Uriah, AL; three brothers Joe Mason (Kayrean) Baggett of Jackson, AL, James (Maxine) Baggett and Barney (Jean) Baggett both of Uriah, AL; 24 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Sunday July 23, 2017 from 5-8 PM at Johnson Funeral Home. Funeral services will Monday July 24, 2017 at 2 PM from the chapel of Johnson Funeral Home with Rev Marlon Brown and Rev Cornelius Phillips officiating. Interment will follow at the Uriah Cemetery with Johnson Funeral Home directing.
