Mr. Adolph Joseph "Sonnyman" Griffin, Jr., age 82, passed away on May 26, 2017. Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, May 28, 2017 at 2PM in the Williams Funeral Home Chapel in Milledgeville.
A visitation will be held on Sunday from 1 PM until the service hour.
Mr. Griffin was a native and lifelong resident of Milledgeville. He was a "self taught" PHD in Automotive Mechanics. He was the son of the late Adolph Joseph Griffin, Sr. and the late Katie Lou Durden and was preceded in death by his children; Randy, Chery 1, Denise, Tony and Mark Griffin.
Survivors include his sons, Allen Griffin of Social Circle, Michael Griffin of Milledgeville, Brett Griffin of Milledgeville; Daughter, Gail West of Toomsboro; sisters, Eloise Griffin, and JoAnn (John) Lavender of Milledgeville; brother, Bobby (Ruby) Griffin of Ivey; special niece, Helen Wright of Haddock; 9 Grandchildren, and 5 Great Grandchildren.
