Mrs. Martha "Louise" Griffin Martin, age 85, passed away on February 8, 2016. Interment will be in Baldwin Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Martin was a native of Milledgeville and was the daughter of the late Adolph and Katie Lou Durden Griffin. She was preceded in death by her sons, Lewis Martin, Jr. and Robert Wayne Martin.
She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Lewis Martin of Milledgeville; Sisters, Joann Lavender (John), and Eloise Griffin both of Milledgeville; Brothers, Adolph "Sonnyman" Griffin of Milledgeville and Bobby Griffin (Ruby) of Coopers; Brother-in-Law and Sister-in-Law, Morris and Betty Martin of Milledgeville; Sister-in-Law, Sue Archer of Milledgeville; Friend and Caregiver, Phyllis Kidd of Milledgeville; and a number of nieces and nephews also survive.
