MONKTON — Joy (Barrows) Tatro died peacefully on March 23, 2017 at Porter Nursing Home. Predeceased by both parents, Rex Barrows and Vera (Manning) Hemond; her husband, Robert Olan Tatro, predeceased her and 10 siblings. They worked together on his family’s farm. Joy loved playing Bingo.

She leaves behind two daughters; Kathy Tatro McQuinn (Bruce) of Shoreham, Wanda Tatro (Jason) of Saint Johnsbury; three granddaughters: Eryn McQuinn Ontl (Sven) of Germany, Kara McQuinn of Florida, Michelemy Burton of Marshfield; Five siblings: Gala Barrows of Florida, Clifford "Skip" Barrows, Wayne Barrows (Diane), William Barrows, Ray Barrows, Sr (Shirley).
