She was the daughter of Edward and Lena Klosner Anken.
On July 19, 1924, she married Clarence Humphrey in Utica.
Besides her husband she leaves two sisters, Mrs. Oscar Arcand, Constableville, Mrs. Louis (Viola) Botts, Elk City, OK; four brothers, Rudolph Anken, Boonville, Albert and Redmond Anken both of Utica; several nieces, aunts and uncles.
