Raymond Millroy Beer, 61, of R2,Mayport,died Wednesday, March 25, in the Brookville Hospital.

Mr. Beer, a son of George E. and Minnie Bowersox Beer, was born July 28, 1899, in Clarion County.

In 1927 he was married to Mary S. Myers, who survives. Besides his wife he leaves six children: Raymond E. Beer, R2, Mayport; Mrs Ronald (Shirley) Styers, of R1, Mahaffey; Mary Pauline Beer, of Punxsutawney; Dorthy A.Beer of Punxsutawney; Kenneth W. Beer and Darlene Joy Beer, both of R2 Mayport.

He also leaves four grandchildren and eleven brothers and sisters: David A Beer,R2,New Bethlehem; Mrs. William G. Beer, Franklin; Mrs Lloyd Shilling, Distant; Mrs Carrie Lindsey, Franklin; William and John Beer, R2, New Bethlehem; Mrs Lloyd Buzzard, Oil City; Mrs Clayton Davis, Cleveland, Ohio; Mrs James Fultz, Tarentum; Mrs. Leroy Co--ins, Carlsbad, New Mexico and Mrs Darl Crawford, Oak Ridge.

Mr. Beer had been a farmer in The North Freedom area for twenty years.

Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the Charles D. Alcorn Funeral Home Hawthorn,with the Rev. Paul Hetrick Officiating. Burial was made in the family plot in the Salem Cemetery, Frogtown.
