Born August 23, 1947, in Punxsutawney, she was the daughter of Raymond M. Beer and Mary S (Myers) Beer.
Ms. Beer worked at the Sher-Bren Factory in Hawthorn and also the Big Run Shoe Factory.
Survivors include a sister, Mary Pauline "Polly" Beer of Mayport.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Kenneth Beer, Leroy Beer, and a infant brother; and three sisters, Shirley Palmer, Dorothy Firment and an infant sister.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, November 1, at the Alcorn Funeral Home in Hawthorn. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, November 2, 2011, at the funeral home with the Rev. Karen Shay officiating.
Interment will be in Salem Cemetery, Frogtown, Limestone Township, Clarion County
