Esther F. Dolson

Esther F. Dolson, 97, of Terre Haute, Indiana went to be with her Lord on October 29, 2016. She was born September 27, 1919. She was the daughter of Rush and Bertha (Drake) Dolson who have preceded her in death. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Fenton Dolson and Gene Dolson; Naomi (Thompson) Dolson her sister-in-law; and by her nephews, Stanley Dolson and Gary Dolson.
She is survived by her sister-in-law, Doris Dolson of West Union, Illinois along with six nephews, two nieces and several cousins.
She graduated from Hutsonville High School before graduating from Business College in Centralia, Illinois in 1937. She lived in several different cities, while working for the federal government. She received a certificate of recognition of from the United States General Accounting Office for thirty years of federal service in 1969. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Terre Haute, Indiana.
A time of visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 PM on Friday, November 4, 2016. The funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M. at DeBaun Funeral Home (Springhill Chapel) with Pastor Bernie Jackson officiating.
Burial following at the York Cemetery near the village of York, Illinois (South East of West Union) with Brent Meyer officiating. The DeBaun Funeral Home of Terre Haute is in charge of the arrangements.
