Alice "Pauline" King, 87, West Plains, MO, died March 7, 2006 in Brooke Haven Healthcare. She was born March 6, 1919 in Portia, AR, the daughter of Stonewall Jackson Willard and Rhoda Elizabeth (Francis) Willard.
On April 11, 1935 she was married to Calton Edman King at Cull, MO. He preceded her in death Aug. 24, 1989.
Mrs. King was of the Pentecostal faith.
She is survived by 12 children, Clarence Edward King, Fredericktown, MO; Rhoda "Elizabeth" (& Ted) Watkins of Rover, MO; Othel Jackson (& Joyce) King of West Plains, MO; Gloria May (& Jesse) Brotherton of West Plains, MO; Deanna Lourane (& George) Vandiver of Brandsville, MO; Bobby Lee (& Judy) King of Springfield, MO; Alice "Jean" (& Larry) Johnson of West Plains, MO; James Richard "Rick" (& Sue) King of West Plains, MO; Shirley Kay (& Jim) Moritz of Drury, MO; Donald Ray (& Jan) King of West Plains, MO; Johnny Wayne (& Donna) King of Yellville, AR; and Joe Neal (& Melinda) King of West Plains, MO; 44 grandchildren; 99 great-grandchildren; and 34 great-great-grandchildren; also several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one daughter Carolyn Marie King, three grandchildren, six brothers and five sisters.
Funeral services are March 11, 2006 in the Rose Chapel of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Burial at Elk Creek Cemetery.

RELATIONSHIP: Pauline's mother is my grandfather's half-sister.
Her great-great-grandparents, Howell Nimrod Brewer and Mary Louisa (Short) Brewer, are my 3rd great-grandparents.
