His automobile leaving the highway near Thurmont on a curve and striking at tree, Kenneth Donaldson 23-year-old farmer of Orrtanna was instantly killed at 1:30 this morning while a companion escaped with only minor injuries. Death was caused by a fractured neck.
…..Besides his widow, whose maiden name was Miss Mary Dick, of Emmitsburg, Donaldson is survived by one daughter, Rosemary, and the following sisters and brothers; Miss Clara Donaldson, Philadelphia; Mrs. Ray Kittinger, Harrisburg; Mrs. H.E. Bucher, Cashtown; Mrs. Clifford G Naugle, Minter apartments, Baltimore Street; Frank, Orrtanna, Sidney, Orrtanna; William, Waynesboro; James, York; and Nicholas, Gettysburg.
