Mr. Clock had been manager of the office of the Business Men’s association for the past eight years. After moving here at the age of 14 from Trumansburg, where he was born, he became a salesman in Wilgus Bros’. store and then a member of the firm of H.L. Wilgus & Co. Later he was of the firm Sherwood, Clock & Traphagen. Following this for a time he had charge of the carpet department in Marsh & Hall’s store, and then became connected with the Business Men’s association.
He was married 46 years ago to Miss S. Matilda Barker.
