She was the daughter of Milton Pitt and Permelia Susan Kidwell Hammer and the widow of Faunus Walden.Survivors include eleven children:Ruby Mayo,Susie Walden,Georgia Bartley,Elsworth Walden,and Kay Walden,all of Tompkinsville,Isham Walden,Cordia Beck,Cebert Walden,Mildred Davis,and Ray Walden,all of Indiana,and William of Florida.Tere are also 40 grandchildren.She was a member of the Baptist Church.
