She was a member of the Tompkinsville Baptist Church.Born in Monroe County,she was the daughter of the late Faunus and Mollie (Hammer)Walden.She was never married.Survivors include two sisters,Cordia Beck,Tompkinsville,and Mildred Davis,Indianapolis, Ind.,three brothers-William C. Walden,Tompkinsville;Kenneth Ray Walden,Indianapolis,Ind.;Cebert Walden,Richmond,and several nieces and nephews. Three brothers,Ellsworth,James K.,and John F.Walden and three sisters,Francis Kate Walden,Ruby Mayo, and Georgia Bartley,all preceded her in death.Burial was at Old Mount Hermon.Serving as pall bearers were nephews of the deceased;Dr. Gary K. Walden,James T. Walden,Tommie Walden,Jackie Walden,Jimmie Walden,Jerry Walden,Roy Lee Bartley,Jeff Davis,and Jackie Cropper.
