GRANDMA SWISHER ON LAST JOURNEY

Mrs. Sarah J. Swisher, Aged 90 years and 10 months, more affectionately known among her friends and neighbors as "Grandma" Swisher, passed quietly away Monday morning at the home of her son, F.F. Swisher on the West side, with whom she had made her home for the past 35 years or more.

She had not been in the best of health for several years, but was up and around until a week before her death, when she took to her bed, and although the best of medical attention and loving care was administered, the time had come for her to meet her Master and loved ones gone before, and so she slipped peacefully away.

The deceased was born in Indiana and later in company with her husband and family moved to Iowa. On November 12, 1899, her husband died, since which time she made her home with her son, F.F. Swisher, and came here with them about twenty-one years ago.

She was loved by all who knew her, had strong religious faith and her passing leaves sorrow and sadness in the home and circle of dear friends. Funeral services were held at the home Wednesday afternoon.

She is survived by four son, Franklin Fayette Swisher of Columbia Falls, E.O. Swisher of Eureka and Marion Leonzo and Albert Byron Swisher of Post Falls, Idaho.

The remains were shipped to Mento, Iowa to be interred by the side of her husband's remains.
