Amelia Cruz Advincula, 87, passed away on November 22, 2015, in her home. Born in Philippines, she was the daughter of the late Alejo and Asuncion Cruz.
Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 67 years, Solomon Advincula, Sr.; children, Solomon Advincula, Jr. (Socorro), Edna Hanopol (Reynaldo) and Rebecca Phee (Anthony); grandchildren, Sharlene Mendoza, Sherill Beng (Matthew) and Toni-Anne Phee; great grandchildren, Genevieve, Kincayd, Luke, Ronin and Layla; and a brother, Rady Cruz.
The family will received friends at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel on Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2015. The funeral were held Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2015, in the funeral home chapel. Interment followed in Colonial Grove Memorial Park.
