David Lamar Crutchfield, of Covington, LA, died on Thursday, October 17, 2002. Age 56 years, a native and life resident of Covington.
Beloved husband of Pam Bruno Crutchfield. Father of Sacha Renee Crutchfield, Zachary David Crutchfield and David Lamar Crutchfield, II. Future father-in-law of Benjamin Bouma. Son of the late Reverend John E. Crutchfield and Lottie Overton Crutchfield. Son-in-law of Marie Tully Bruno and the late Joseph Lucas Bruno. Brother of Rowena Mestayer, Robert, John Edward and Radford Daniel Crutchfield. Brother-in-law of Renee Bruno MD, Gary and John Bruno, Lynn, Geneva and Ellen Crutchfield and Scott Mollene. Also survived by a host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers: Zachary David Crutchfield, David Lamar Crutchfield, II, Daniel Jenkins, John W. McMorris, Jeffery Dieffenbaugher, and Jay Gremillion.
Relatives, friends of the family and employees of St. Tammany Parish Hospital are invited to attend funeral services on Saturday, October 19, 2002 at 11:00 AM from the chapel of E.J. FIELDING FUNERAL HOME, INC. 2260 W. 21st Ave., Covington, LA 70433. Interment in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. Visitation on Friday, October 18 from 6:00 to 9:00 PM and again on Saturday from 9:00 AM until service time. In lieu of flowers donations to the Blessed Francis Xavier Seelos Center, 2030 Constance St., New Orleans, LA 70130 preferred.
