Anna R. Lee, 65, of Burgettstown, died Monday, May 16, 1977, in her home. She was born August 4, 1911, in Hickory, a daughter of Edward (note: should be Edwin) and Mary Neil. She was a member of the Hickory United Presbyterian church and the Cross Creek Village Grange. For over 40 years she was employed as a secretary by the Fort Cherry School District. Surviving are her widower, T. Burns Lee, and a brother, Donald Lyle of Hickory. Two brothers, Clifford and Robert Lyle are deceased. Services will be held Thursday, May 19, in the Lee Funeral Home, Burgettstown in charge of Rev. John Adams. Burial in Cross Creek Cemetery. - Observer Reporter, May 17, 1977.
