Mrs. Ethel Elizabeth Hagaman Ward, 89, of 366 Kellersville Road, Banner Elk, wife of Charlie A. Ward, died Monday morning, Feb. 7, 2005, at Watauga Medical Center.
She was born Oct. 31, 1915, in Beech Creek, Watauga County, NC to Hardie Alexander and Lula Ella Harmon Hagaman.
Mrs. Ward was a homemaker and a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by a son, James Ward; six brothers, Gradon Hagaman, Rev. Lawrence Hagaman, John Hagaman and Robert Hagaman; and two infant brothers; and two sisters, Flora Hagaman and Rosa Ward.
