Mabel Demetria Conner, 81, of Mount Pleasant, formerly of Sigourney, died Thursday, April 25, 2002, in Henry County Health Center, Mount Pleasant, after a sudden illness. Services: 2 p.m. Wednesday, Beatty Funeral Home, Mount Pleasant, by the Rev. Dennis Kuhns of Green Mound Church of God. Friends may call from noon to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, where the family will be present from 6 to 8 p.m. The body will be cremated.
Survivors include two sons, _____ of Emmetsburg and _____ of Iowa City; two daughters, _____ Kimberlin of Des Moines and ______ Conner of Kansas City, Mo.; and a brother, Paul Oliver of Omaha, Neb.
