Cheatham, Allan M., 83, died Saturday December 19, 2015 at his residence. He was a sales representative for Chevron, a US Air Force veteran, and a member of Beargrass Christian Church and Chevron Retirees Association. Preceded in death by his wife, Rochelle Cheatham, and sisters, Mary Frances Wood, Dorothy Wigginton, Emily Davenport, a brother, William Perry Cheatham Jr.
He is survived by a daughter, Roberta Ethington, two sons, Timothy A. Cheatham (Jan Croddy) Westerly, Rhode Island, Michael S. Cheatham (Dawn), Indianapolis, IN, and a sister, Nancy Stephens, seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Beargrass Christian Church, 4100 Shelbyville Road with burial to follow in Resthaven Memorial Park.
