REIDSVILLE
Mrs. Louise Shelton Nunn, 75, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Tuesday evening, November 10, 2015, at Hospice of Rockingham.
Mrs. Nunn was born on September 11, 1940, in Stokes County, to the late Reid and Pearlie Ashby Shelton. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Louise was of the Primitive Baptist Faith and a homemaker. She loved the outdoors, farming most of her life.
A 2:00pm graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 17, 2015, at Aaron’s Corner Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery with Pastor Wayne Marion officiating.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, George Lester Nunn, one son, Michael Todd Nunn and a great granddaughter, Shianne Destiny Grace Mickey.
She is survived by two daughters: Carolyn N Chavez and husband Gabriel and Sandra Faye Nunn., one grandson; Richie Nunn and wife Joanna; 4 great grandchildren; Stephen Nunn, Brandon Rose, Isabella Mickey and Brooklyn Mickey, and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00pm, Monday November 16, 2015 at Burroughs Funeral Home.
