WALNUT COVE, NC ~ Our mother, Lucille Shelton Anders, went to heaven Sunday, April 26, 2015.
She was born in Stokes County on March 18, 1935 to Reid and Pearl Ashby Shelton.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Tommy Morris.
She is survived by one sister, Louise Nunn; her daughters: Linda Clifton, Cathy Grantham, Mandy Rush; a son, Jimmy Morris & wife Lynn; seven grandchildren: Richard Brim & wife Hope, Wesley Grantham, Brandon Grantham, Michelle Reynolds & husband Cole, Ronnie Brim, Jacob Morris, Grace Clifton; and seven great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 30, 2015 at Burroughs Funeral Home.
The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the staff at Rose Tara Plantation in King, N.C. for all of their love and support.
