Son of John G. WATTERS and Margaret KOOFER. On 28 Sep 1886, at Bellwood, married Ida Pauline LAUVER, daughter of Christian A. LAUVER and Elizabeth SELLERS. Father of Annetta M. LLOYD, Laura Edith TREGO and Helen G. DOUGHMAN.

Obituary:
Isaac M. Watters - Of 800 North Fourth street, Bellwood, died at his home at 9:50 o'clock last night of a heart condition after three weeks' illness. He was born on Sept. 27, 1861, at Williamsburg, a son of John G. and Margaret (Koofer) Watters. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Ida (Lauver) Watters; three daughters, Mrs. Paul Lloyd of Harrisburg, Mrs. J. Elliot Trego of Bellwood and Mrs. W.M. Doughman of Des Moines, Ia.; ten grandchildren, one great-grandchiild, one brother and two sisters, Norris T. Watters of Bellwood, Mrs. Daniel Bills of Pittsburgh and Miss Rosa Watters of Bellwood. Mr. Watters was a member and trustee of the Bellwood Methodist church, Tyrone lodge, F. and A.M.; Harrisburg consistory, Jaffa temple, Bellwood lodge of Odd Fellows, Logan lodge, Knights of Pythias, Altoona, and the B. of L.E., division No. 466. The body may be viewed at the Fuoss & Glass funeral home Bellwood any time prior to noon Saturday. Funeral services will be conducted at the Bellwood Methodist church at 2:30 o'clock Saturday afternoon. Interment will be made in Logan Valley cemetery.
